Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept returns on all items within 15 days from time of delivery for store credit or exchange.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags and hygiene liner still attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Revivalswim.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
  • Refunds will only be offered in the event of a manufacturing fault, and the item cannot be replaced or mended.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Revival Swim is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping

  • Please allow up to three business days to process and ship orders.
  • Items will not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after an item has shipped to receive a tracking number.
  • International Shipping: Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Revival Swim is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
